By agreeing to this Damage Waiver, and paying the Damage Waiver fee, Lessee is relieved from liability for damage to the camera equipment. This waiver does NOT relieve the Lessee from loss, theft or non-return of rented equipment. This Damage Waiver is specifically limited to damage of the specific rented items associated with this individual event. In order for this Damage Waiver to be effective, Lessee must:
- Agree to and Accept the terms of the Damage Waiver;
This Damage Waiver is an Addendum to the Terms and Conditions of greenHDcameras and modifies the Terms and Conditions only to the extent expressly stated in this Damage Waiver.
If Lessee has elected not to accept this Damage Waiver or, if after accepting this Damage Waiver Lessee fails to comply with these terms, then the Damage Waiver becomes null and void.
